Kinetic Potential

A psycatdelic painting about the energetics of the cheetah and the balance of stillness and motion. These animals hold great energy inside capable of going from 0-60 mph in a matter of 3 seconds making them the worlds fastest land mammal! This characteristic held a lesson for me: to burst on instinct, to act at the most opportune time, and to strike while the iron is hot. While we need time to sit with ourselves in stillness, recognizing the time to hit the ground running and realizing our potential to hit it with everything we’ve got. From stillness to action, it is vital to honor the flame within each of us and stoke the fire within!
